UbuntuStudio controls redesign

rtprio is intended to be configured on the ubuntustudio controls v0.6. I
found some problem to set it up my self, you need to have the card pluged in
to scan for irqs etc.(I have a firewire interface). I think a GUI helper for
this could be very helpfull.

I think we could edit the Ubuntustudio wiki page that Scott made, and start
to lay down the ideas as fas as possible, so it will be easier and faster to
people start to code and debate.
