How are you seeing this theme?  Is it available after an update?

I'm running the Ubuntu Studio Alpha image but I haven't received an
additional themes despite updates.  I am presuming that others (I've read
also from my loco team) are running vanilla Ubuntu and receive new themes
(e.g. light) with updates.
