RT_GROUP_SCHED kernel option makes JACK unusable in Ubuntu Natty

if anyone have suggestions about configuration or code (like
additional patches) for improve -lowlatency kernel let me know,
please!
I would want recall to all that this kernel is for our only benefit so
we can change it as we do prefer more!
