Hi Scott. I'll be very busy with work for the next 2 days but I'll have
a look at the sites suggested by Louie and post my thoughts on where I
think we should go from there, hopefully on Sat (EST).

In the mean time, I think a good starting point would be to draw up a
draft of the information that we want on the site. As soon as we can get
a Drupal draft site up and running, we can always work on it from there
and make changes/updates as required.

Also, we need to know who will be the Admins and Mods for the Drupal
based site so we can get an understanding of who's in charge of what
here.
