Can we enable Ctrl+Alt_Backspace by default in Jaunty?

This can be done by adding a postinst scipt to default-settings, and calling the dontzap utility or whatever its called. Its another dependency we bring in, but its possible to do things that way, 
and then the GNOME UI when it happens can help the user control it.
