Possible to get rid of OO.o

Attention team specifically Joe and Luke. From #ubuntu-devel today:

"cody-somerville: Is it possible for me to get rid of openoffice.org or
is Xubuntu forced to ship with it because of the lang-pack dependencies?
ogra_cmpc: cody-somerville, It's only lang-support that should pull in
oo.o stuff. Use the lang-pack packages"

So would this mean we would seed the specific languages we want to
support instead?
