"ubuntustudio" meta package.

This little idea was brought up in a chat so I thought Id bring it here
to work it out.

So the idea was something that would pull the art, -rt and the metas and
would be 1 package users could install and get Ubuntu Studio.

Questions:
*Should* we make it a kinda all-or-nothing installs that pulls all the
metas?
Can it query for a -desktop package and pull ubuntustudio-desktop if it
doesnt find one?

That should start things off.
