Proposed app change: GNOME Specimen to Fontmatrix

We (the Ubuntu Studio team) generally try to stick with GNOME where we
can as it's our desktop environment and most of our apps use GTK. But in
cases where it's clear that a QT/KDE app is better it beats out GNOME. I
think we have come to one such example.

I have been playing with the latest Fontmatrix and I think it outmatches
GNOME Specimen clearly in 2 areas.

    * The ability to display fonts not installed.
    * And finally the ability to enable them.

There are also other nice little pluses but I'll let you guys figure
those out.
