Public bug reported:
I have recently installed ubuntustudio-audio i386 8.04.1. which includes
linux kernel 2.6.24-19rt. After installation grub reported "error 15
file not found". The kernel was correctly listed in the grub menu.lst,
identically to the generic kernel with the only difference being the
-rt. All the files seemed to be in the right place. The -19 generic
kernel booted with no problem. I eventually removed the -19rt kernel.
Today, I got the same exact circumstance after updating to the -20rt kernel and the -20 generic kernel.
grub version 0.97-29ubuntu21
relavent section of menu.lst:

I do not have this problem with my amd64 ubuntustudio on the same machine on a different hard drive, the -19 and -20rt and generic kernels cause no errors from that grub and boot normally.
I have separate grubs for each hard drive and the drives are correctly
mapped in device.map
** Affects: ubuntustudio
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
