[SETTLED] Should Qsampler be dropped from Ubuntu archives? [SETTLED]

In any case, until Linuxsampler can fix its license issues Ubuntu Studio
will be dropping qsampler from its seeds.

We are however in favor of keeping qsampler in the archive as you guys
have said you use it and grab Linuxsampler yourselves.

I will be poking Linuxsampler upstream to try to fix the license during
the Hardy cycle.
