Thoughts for default Hardy UI. (.deb included)

Luke. After some more chat with Luis please change the logout-applet to
the trash-applet and remove the desktop applet.
Changing Logout->Trash idea came about because the Logout option is on
the main menu so it's basically 2 places on the panel. Whereas with
people wanting a clean desktop we had no Trash option.
And if users are saying they rarely look at the desktop whats the point
of the "Show desktop button"? I personally never have cause to use it
either.
This actually gives a very clean look to the desktop. Its pretty
stunning once I set it up. (after using your .deb also)
