GTK small theme crash patch

Hello Cimi,

It's Andrew (rexbron) from the Ubuntu Studio project. I am emailing you 
to inform you of a bug and a patch that has been applied at the 
gtk2-engines-murrine package in both debian and ubuntu[1]. If you could 
take a look at the fix, that would be much appreciated (because everyone 
knows that forwarding patches upstream is good karma).
