A new french mirror for Ubuntu Studio

Hello. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yes, that's great. As
long as the link remains free to all I'm fine with it. We've had
problems in the past with people charging for links to the image. :(
We'll put it up on the site once we get it back up.
