Bug description:
[ Impact ]
* NV-CONTROL version shows "Unknown" in nvidia-settings GUI
* This update fixes NV-CONTROL version display when using NVIDIA

* Find machines with PRIME config (e.g. laptops with Intel GPU and
NVIDIA GPU, where Intel GPU is used for display)
* Check nvidia-settings, NV-CONTROL version should show "Unknown"
* Update nvidia-settings package to -proposed, it should show the
correct version (1.29)
[ Where problems could occur ]
* If nvidia-settings breaks completely, some NVIDIA-specific features
might not be able to configure.
