The ID 019F, 0109 and 010A are included in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libfprint/libfprint/-/commit/7f5304d6eec37955c8d462e571c3d72af0be4684
[Impact]
* Synaptics FPR [06cb:019f], [06cb:0109] and [06cb:010a] could not
work.
[Test Plan]
* Find a machine with this fingerprint device
* Launch `settings` and enable `Fingerprint Login`
* Enroll finger and then logout
* Login system with enrolled finger
[Where problems could occur]
* If the vendor uses the same ID for other devices, the new device
may not work properly.
