Title:
  [SRU] Add TWL IDs in Noble

Status in intel-gmmlib package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in intel-media-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in intel-media-driver-non-free package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * Users on TWL devices will not be supported by the media driver

  [ Test Plan ]

   On a TWL device:
   * git clone https://github.com/canonical/checkbox-media
   * cd checkbox-media && snapcraft pack
   * sudo snap install --dangerous --classic ./checkbox-media_1.0_amd64.snap
   * checkbox-media.install
   * checkbox-media.test

   This will check that hardware acceleration is working via ffmpeg

  [ Where problems could occur ]

   * Any code change can introduce bugs, vulnerabilities,
  incompatibilities, or unexpected build failures. To mitigate these
  risks, we will test the patched version of the media driver with the
  above test plan as well as with Intel's preferred test plan

  [ Other Info ]
   * Media driver patch: https://github.com/intel/media-driver/commit/2524c6f2ff4e17fab1c30342a1e819b9148739b8
   * gmmlib patch: https://github.com/intel/gmmlib/commit/47185b62e75b6e10e0c9612f85af047e3942c0dc
  * Please note that the versions in Plucky onward already contain these changes, so backporting through resolute to plucky does not make sense
