Bug description:
  The recent upload of wsl-pro-service 0.1.19ubuntu for resolute is held
  in proposed due autopkgtest regression.

  That version for some debdiff specific reason didn't mark the script
  debian/get-depends-go-bin-path.sh as executable and I didn't notice
  when pushing the git-ubuntu branch for sponsorship, causing the issue.
