The recent upload of wsl-pro-service 0.1.19ubuntu for resolute is held
in proposed due autopkgtest regression.

----

129s autopkgtest [15:55:32]: test command1: - - - - - - - - - - results - - - - - - - - - -
129s command1 FAIL non-zero exit status 126
----

That version for some debdiff specific reason didn't mark the script
debian/get-depends-go-bin-path.sh as executable and I didn't notice when
pushing the git-ubuntu branch for sponsorship, causing the issue.

This relates to FFE #2142667.

** Affects: wsl-pro-service (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
