[ Impact ]
No kernel logs are collected for HWE kernel issues in Noble.
[ Test Case ]
Run apport on an HWE kernel and verify kernel logs are collected.
[ Where Problems Could Occur ]
The kernel apport hook now runs for additional source packages which
could result in bug reporting issues if the hook falls over.
