Thank you for the review. I'm not sure what you meant exactly in regards to the changelog:
- `truncate` --> do you want me to get rid of all past entries?
- `reference original package in the note` --> what I did was not enough?

Hi,

I was thinking of having just a single changelog entry with something
like

 * New release update (LP: #2127245).
   - Packaging based on lunarG <package-name> <link to original package>.

Best Regards,
 Vladimir.

Title:
   [needs-packaging] directxshadercompiler

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  URL: github.com/microsoft/DirectXShaderCompiler
License: University of Illinois/NCSA Open Source License
Notes: The DirectX Shader Compiler project includes a compiler and related tools used to compile High-Level Shader Language (HLSL) programs into DirectX Intermediate Language (DXIL) representation. Applications that make use of DirectX for graphics, games, and computation can use it to generate shader programs.

I wish to package directxshadercompiler for Ubuntu.
