[Bug 2122711] [NEW] sfftobmp: FTBFS with boost 1.88

This package is FTBFS against boost 1.88 due to depending on
fs::convenience functions that are removed as of boost 1.88. There are
suggested replacements for all of these functions, and they are all
drop-in. A patch can be added to get this package building.
