Bug description:
  zig0.14 fails to install because "libxml2" can no longer be installed
  on questing.

   ------

  Solving dependencies... Error!  
  Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
  requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
  distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
  or been moved out of Incoming.
  The following information may help to resolve the situation:

  Unsatisfied dependencies:
   zig0.14 : Depends: libclang-cpp20 (>= 1:20.1.8) but it is not going to be installed
             Depends: libllvm20 (>= 1:20.1.0) but it is not going to be installed
             Depends: zig0.14-dev (= 0.14.1~us1-0ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
             Depends: llvm-20-dev but it is not going to be installed
             Depends: libxml2 but it is not installable
  Error: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
     1. zig0.14:amd64=0.14.1~us1-0ubuntu1 is selected for install
     2. zig0.14:amd64 Depends libxml2
        but none of the choices are installable:
