  jetty12 fails to build due to unmet build dependencies

Status in jetty12 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  jetty12 12.0.17-3 currently fails to build on Ubuntu Questing due to
  two unmet build dependencies: libjakarta-standard-taglib-api-java,
  libjakarta-standard-taglib-impl-java. [1]

  Both packages are built from the source package jakarta-standard-
  taglib which looks like it was removed in Plucky due to other missing
  build dependencies [2].

  As a test, I tried rebuilding first jakarta-standard-taglib then
  jetty12 on a Questing VM. Both packages built successfully. So
  presumably, if jakarta-standard-taglib is resynced or rebuilt in
  Questing it would make both packages available in the archive.
