Please add more detail for what to do for other releases:
* I'm assuming 2.0.17 in Resolute is sufficient.
* Is 2.0.16 in Questing sufficient?
* Should we skip Plucky since it's about to be EOL in a month? I'm thinking yes.
So if 2.0.16+ is good for Questing the SRU is about a bump from 1.9.31
to 1.9.33 in Noble, right?
