Hello Michael, and thank you for the review. I don't mind the questions,
better ask too many than too few, especially when they're relevant :)

1) Ok, done

2) Ok, done. I did not know about /usr/libexec but from what I've now been reading it seems a better place than /usr/bin: https://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_3.0/fhs/ch04s07.html
> /usr/libexec includes internal binaries that are not intended to be executed directly by users or shell scripts

3) Indeed. My understanding of the doc is the same as yours, so
1.0ubuntu it is.

4) I did not know that setting Priority: important would be enough. If that is, yes it's fine, although having the package anywhere else than arm64 is currently useless.
My previous plan was to put it as part of some seed (like in here https://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu/tree/server-ship-live?h=questing#n64). How is that different?

As for if the kernel team would reconsider this blacklist, I asked them
again just in case. For Noble, it will probably be a no even if Resolute
was to be a yes.

Title:
  [needs-packaging] dgx-desktop-sbsa-gwdt-loader

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Git URL: git.launchpad.net/~antoinelassagne/+git/dgx-desktop-sbsa-gwdt-loader
  Upload: https://launchpad.net/~antoinelassagne/+archive/ubuntu/cypress/+packages?field.name_filter=dgx-desktop-sbsa-gwdt-loader&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=

This package selectively load the sbsa_gwdt watchdog, which is
necessary with certain platforms but blacklisted by default per kernel
  policy
  (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1432837/comments/6).
Without it, The Nvidia DGX Spark will reboot after 10 min of uptime,
  all the time.

However blacklisted kernel modules can still be loaded with modprobe.
This is a service that takes the modalias, looks for
"NVIDIA_DGX_SPARK" into it, and modprobes the watchdog if it finds it.
