Bug description:
  Please sync breezy 3.3.17-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Add patch
      18_skip_public_http_url_construction_for_private_launchpad_branches: skip
      public HTTP URL generation for private Launchpad branches. (LP: #2121884)

  This is obsolete now that breezy has dropped support for Bazaar Launchpad
  URLs as part of the removal of bzr support in Launchpad. So this patch can be
  dropped.

  Changelog entries since current resolute version 3.3.11-1ubuntu2:

  breezy (3.3.17-3) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Cherry-pick upstream warning for 'brz fast-export' having known
      issues.
