  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
    * No change rebuild to bump version number
    * No change rebuild to bump version number
    * No-change rebuild against Go 1.17
    * No-change rebuild against Go 1.17
    * No-change rebuild against Go 1.17

  Based in the changelog and diff it looks like the delta was only no-
  change rebuilds. Should possibly have used -build suffix originally.
