Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * Bump firmware to MediaTek Rity 24.1

     This change include new firmware upgrade including WiFi/BT/SCP

   * Add apusys firmware

     This change include a new firmware to make APU work. APU is an AI
  hardware accelerator. It works with MediaTek's Neuron SDK to
  accelerate the computing process in AI applications. By adding this
  firmware, we will be able to use this accelerator.

   * Add valhall-1691526.wa

     valhall-1691526.wa is an additional firmware required by libmali on
  MediaTek Genio G510/G700 platform. By adding this firmware, we are
  able to enable gpu accesslator on G510/G700.

  [ Test Plan ]

   * Install linux-mtk (5.15.0-1039.47) from jammy-proposed repository

   * Install this new package

   * Boot to new kernel and check the dmesg message, you should find
  these messages:

  [    7.466879] remoteproc remoteproc0: Booting fw image mediatek/mt8195/scp.img, size 639628
  ...
  [   10.193950] read_img: vpu_fw request_firmware cam_vpu1 success

  [ Other Info ]
   * This software is only for Ubuntu jammy, and we don’t want to fix a subsequent interim release now.
     This package is for MediaTek genio support project. Currently, the project does not plan to support non-LTS ubuntu release. And the support for noble is still in progress.
     So this SRU is only for jammy and can only be verified on jammy.

   * This update is a part of a group of package updating. Please hold these packages in proposed once it is approved. After all of them are approved, please copy into jammy-updates at same time.
       Packages:
