Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- * d/p/implicit-function-declaration.patch: Upstream's fix for
- avoiding implicit ints and implicit function declarations,
- to prevent build failures and fixing existing FTBFS on armfh
- (LP: #2060784).
- * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
- * No-change rebuild against libasound2t64
