  Please merge opensp 1.5.2-15.2 from Debian

  Last Ubuntu version is opensp-1.5.2-15ubuntu2, since that version
  there has been two update in Debian

  opensp-1.5.2-15.1
   - Drop usage of obsolete dh_buildinfo. (Closes: #1088385)
  opensp-1.5.2-15.2
   - Remove need for root when building the package (Closes: #1092387)

  Packaged has been built on plucky successfully
