Turns out `amd64v3` is a new architecture for Launchpad and I needed to
enable it, so now I can reproduce the error in

We want to get that line to print `Arch check ok (amd64v3 included in
all)` just like amd64 prints `Arch check ok (amd64 included in all)` but
I don't fully grasp what is going on here.

Status in golang-github-pingcap-kvproto package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The package https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-pingcap-
  kvproto has existed in Debian since September 2025, but it hasn't been
  synced to Ubuntu ever. Please allow it to sync to Ubuntu, so that
  Ubuntu users can build Go packages that require this library.

  I don't see any reasons not to sync this. I guess it wasn't imported
  just due to release timing issues.
