Suggestions welcome on what is special with the official resolute-
proposed pocket and how to reproduce that error message from `dsc`
locally..

Status in golang-github-pingcap-kvproto package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The package https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-pingcap-
  kvproto has existed in Debian since September 2025, but it hasn't been
  synced to Ubuntu ever. Please allow it to sync to Ubuntu, so that
  Ubuntu users can build Go packages that require this library.

  I don't see any reasons not to sync this. I guess it wasn't imported
  just due to release timing issues.
