Thanks Hans for pointing that out. Seems the amd64v3 build failed in
resolute-proposed with:

```

I don't have permissions to restart the build and I can't reproduce
anything similar by building locally with amd64v3 flags, such as:

```
export DEB_CFLAGS_APPEND=-march=x86-64-v3
export DEB_CXXFLAGS_APPEND=-march=x86-64-v3
```

Status in golang-github-pingcap-kvproto package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The package https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/golang-github-pingcap-
  kvproto has existed in Debian since September 2025, but it hasn't been
  synced to Ubuntu ever. Please allow it to sync to Ubuntu, so that
  Ubuntu users can build Go packages that require this library.

  I don't see any reasons not to sync this. I guess it wasn't imported
  just due to release timing issues.
