Yes, all dependencies are available in Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute) and
package builds and passes autopkgtest as proven by CI on that commit at
https://salsa.debian.org/otto/usql/-/pipelines/991117

Title:
  [needs-packaging] usql

Status in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Upstream description: "usql is a universal command-line interface for
PostgreSQL, MariADB, SQLite3 and many other databases including NoSQL
  and non-relational databases"

  URL: https://github.com/xo/usql
  License: Expat

  Debian ITP: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1100934

  Packaging was done at https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/usql
and initially uploaded to Debian NEW in April, 2025, but decided to
upload now in parellel to Ubuntu too as the Debian NEW queue is
processed by just one person and it takes months for packages to get
  through.
