Because of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1100934#38,
then you need to confirm:

(1) All these dependent libraries are available in Ubuntu already. If
they werent in Unstable yet they may not have been synced down to 26.04.
If they aren't, then...

(2) all independent dependencies need to be in Ubuntu. Either
individually reviewed and sponsored or synced from Experimental with
sybc requests.

Only if all dependencies are available can this be considered for
sponsoring because otherwise the dependencies are not met.

Title:
  [needs-packaging] usql

Status in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Upstream description: "usql is a universal command-line interface for
PostgreSQL, MariADB, SQLite3 and many other databases including NoSQL
  and non-relational databases"

  URL: https://github.com/xo/usql
  License: Expat

  Debian ITP: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1100934

  Packaging was done at https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/usql
and initially uploaded to Debian NEW in April, 2025, but decided to
upload now in parellel to Ubuntu too as the Debian NEW queue is
processed by just one person and it takes months for packages to get
  through.
