Package review (~ppa4 version):
* a debian/watch file is missing
* the zlib library is mentioned in d/copyright but not referenced
* there are no autopkgtests (i would expect at least some smoke tests like calling --help)
Nice to have (non-blockers):
* resources lack a man page
* build warning:
```
warning: `/build/reproducible-path/resources-1.9.1/.cargo/config` is deprecated in favor of `config.toml`
note: if you need to support cargo 1.38 or earlier, you can symlink `config` to `config.toml`
```

Title:
[needs-packaging] resources
Status in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I have packaged the Resources app (System Monitor alternative).
The source package is available at https://launchpad.net/~aleasto/+archive/ubuntu/resources/+sourcepub/17841243/+listing-archive-extra with rich VCS history at https://salsa.debian.org/ubuntu-dev-team/resources (gbp-style)
The package will be submitted to debian at a later time, as it
currently lacks some rust dependencies. It can build in Ubuntu because
we prefer to vendor all rust dependencies, as per MIR requirements.
I need sponsoring to upload the package to the NEW queue.
Please care to strip out the ~ppaX suffix if downloading the sources from my ppa.
Thanks.
