After reading the debian thread [1], I've also forced the build to be
compatible with Wayland. That required the wayland headers in Build-
Deps.

The latest version is vulkancapsviewer - 4.02+dfsg-0ubuntu1+ppa5 
in https://launchpad.net/~antoinelassagne/+archive/ubuntu/vulkan-testing/+packages and also on git.
