   * Can't update Dell SD25/WD25 dock firmware package to 01.01.07.01,

   * Can't enumerate the Parade PS5512 USB hub device on Dell machine

  [ Test Plan ]

   * Try to update firmware package 01.01.07.01 for Dell SD25/WD25 Dock
     $ sudo fwupdmgr upgrade
     $ sudo fwupdmgr update
     $ fwupdmgr get-devices
     The Dock firmware package should update to 01.01.07.01 successfully

   * On Dell machine with Parade PS5512 USB hub
     The system with the USB devices, USB\VID_413C&PID_1020 and USB\VID_413C&PID_1021.
     $ fwupdmgr get-devices
     Check the usb device information is listed
