Status in lxd-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In preparation of the next Ubuntu LTS release, the LXD team has opened
  a new track in the 6/stable channel for 26.04: `6/stable/ubuntu-26.04`

  lxd-installer needs to be modified to pull from that new track/channel
  when executing on 26.04.
