* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #2069417, LP: #2069760). Remaining changes:
- compress sof firmware with zstd
- convert the sof-ace-tplg to symbolic link after 2023.12.1-1ubuntu1.1
* Drop old delta, all upstream.

* Improvements to packaging as recommended by Vincent Bernat

Audio doesn't work on on Intel LNL platforms.
[Fix]
For firmware-sof, the following upstream commits are required to support Intel LNL platfrom.
d5e95e4d003f ("Add sof-v2.10 for Intel hardware").
7e59aa73cadc ("Add SOF v2.10 signed Intel binaries).
[Test Case]
1. Install 6.10 kernel or later version which support Intel LNL
2. Install the -proposed firmware-sof package on the Intel LNL PC with soundwire devices
3. Go to audio setting to make sure the audio input/output device are not dummy
[Where problems could occur]
New tplg/firmware files signed by Intel.
