 * WWAN module manufactured by Fibocom will not able to update WWAN
module's firmware in Jammy. Firmware update ability added after libmbim
- 1.32. It will need to backport Fibocom mbim service to libmbim.
+ 1.32. Need to backport related patches to libmbim to make public user
+ able to get full support through WWAN firmare update.

[ Test Plan ]

 * execute "mbimcli --help-fibocom" can get Fibocom options

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * This SRU is going to add new fibocom command to CLI interface
   and should not affect other already working commands
