[Impact]
New oem platforms adopts a separate usbio chip vendor.
[Fix]
Proposed fix: https://github.com/intel/usbio-drivers/pull/29
[Test Case]
Depending on the oem platform under testing, one might need
kernel/ipu6/ipu7 drivers from bug 2084059, bug 2084524, bug 2081866.
Install intel-usbio-dkms from -proposed pocket. The usbio should now
be automatically probed and the camera sensor being linked:
$ sudo dmesg|grep usbio

There are tons of problems in usbio firmware, especially there is a
known privacy led never off issue awaiting for solutions in
BIOS/firmware collaboration in bug 2077535.

Nominate for oracular and plucky for the new platforms targets Intel
Lunar Lake platform and is only available for kernel v6.11+.
