Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/0003-libgcrypt.c-Fix-type-mismatches.patch:
    - Add patch for building with gcc14. This backports an upstream patch to
      fix the gcrypt backend mismatching integer size on 32-bit architectures.

The Ubuntu delta is to backport an upsteam patch to fix build with gcc-14.
The patch is part of the new version in Debian.
It has been built in a PPA to confirm there is no build failure with Plucky.
