Impact
------
Snapshot fails to show the camera feed when a USB camera is present in
addition to the embedded one since boot.
Test plan
---------
*Power a computer with an integrated webcam off.
*Plug an USB camera in.
*Power the computer.
*Start Snapshot.
Expected: Snapshot starts showing the live feed of one of the cameras.
Regression potential

Detection and use of devices relying on the V4L2 on systems using
Pipewire.
Original description
--------------------
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Beta
On multiple computers, it appears like Snapshot doesn't work until I either:
- unplug the external USB webcam and plug it back in
- use the Fn key to disable the internal webcam and re-enable it
I have reported this issue upstream
