** Description changed:

[ Impact ]

Users in locales that require the IBus input method to compose text in
their native languages(Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) cannot input
text during the file renaming operation in the GNOME Files application,
which will cause great frustration and reduces their confidence of using
the Ubuntu Desktop.

[ Test Plan ]

 1. Install the ibus-chewing package.
 2. In the System Settings > Keyboard > Input Sources panel, click the "Add input sources" button and add the Chinse(Taiwan) > Chinese(Chewing) input source.
 3. Launch GNOME Text Editor as a control group.
 4. Press the Super + Space key combination to activate the IBus input method framework.
 5. Click the text input area, then subsequently press H, K, 4, Enter, a Chinese character with the "ㄘㄜˋ" pronunciation should be successfully entered to the text input area.
 6. Launch GNOME Files(nautilus).
 7. Edit an existing file's filename, in the text input interface press the Super + Space key combination to attempt activating the IBus input method, such action should work as in the GNOME Text Editor application, you should also be able to input a Chinese character using the aforementioned keystroke sequence.

[ Where problems could occur ]

The application may not receive user input or react incorrectly.

[ Other Info ]

 * This patch may become redundant if the 46.3 point release patches are
backported as it is one of them.
