  Please sync osmo-bts 1.5.0+dfsg1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
    * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
    * Bump build depends libosmocoding0 to libosmocoding0t64

  The Debian package has switched dependency to the t64 package now.

  Changelog entries since current oracular version 1.5.0+dfsg1-2ubuntu2:

  osmo-bts (1.5.0+dfsg1-3) unstable; urgency=medium
