[Bug 2067196] [NEW] FTBFS gitsome 0.8.0+ds-9 fails to build without python3-six

gitsome 0.8.0+ds-9  was synced from Debian to Ubuntu Oracular but fails
to build with the following error message:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'six'

Interestingly enough, the same package builds successfully in Debian Sid. One notable difference is that python3-six is installed as part of the build:

I could not find a corresponding line in the build log for Ubuntu. I am
not sure why, but adding the build dependency manually fixes the build.

The question is how to address this. I will add a debdiff below which
resolves the issue to make gitsome build successfully. Normally the
patch should be forwarded or applied to Debian, though for now this only
seems to be a problem in Ubuntu. Also, it looks Debian is pulling in
python3-six as a transitive dependency but I don't know how to drill
down where it comes from to see the actual delta between Debian and
Ubuntu causing this issue.
