Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild to drop armhf in oracular.

The delta was introduced due to FTBFS on older series (due to LTO issues).
But it looks like that is no longer the case in Oracular.
This newer version also fixes some autopkgtest regressions in the nodejs package.
