Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * Drop explicit libqt5dbus5 dependency, there does not appear any dbus code?


The Ubuntu delta dropping libqt5dbus5 dependency has been added to Debian package now.
