Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * debian/patches/64-bit-time-t-compat.patch: compatibility with 64-bit
    time_t.  Closes LP: #2058160.

The 64-bit time_t patch is part of Debian now.
